Upon receiving his law degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1989, Kevin was called to the bar in 1990. In the 20 plus years Kevin has been practicing law, he has appeared before Administrative Tribunals in all four western Canadian provinces, as well as Provincial Court, Court of Queen's Bench, the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Joining Noble Johnston in August 2003 as an Associate, and becoming a partner in 2006, Kevin's practice focuses on civil litigation, administrative law, real estate, business and commercial transactions. Kevin has assisted small, medium and large businesses with all their legal needs including incorporation, restructure, purchase and sale of shares and assets, as well as general advice as required.
Kevin has also served as the President of Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association - 2009/2010 – And is very actively involved in the community on a number of volunteer boards.Corporate Law
